Ask for the identified package's carrier or agent handover record, with the crate mark and stated contents. A label can exist before anybody collects anything, however many times shipped is written above it.

10 pointsDoes the agent recognise receiving it, or only arranging transport? That distinction matters more than another predicted arrival date.
