Ask your contracted forwarder for the handovers naming that controller crate, including any local numbers assigned during consolidation. Keep the original delivery receipt and receiving account. One delivered status for the overall load can't establish that every separately marked crate reached you.
Have their trace contact use both references and obtain the warehouse's actual receiving or handover evidence. A number on a breakdown sheet helps the search, but it isn't the missing controller arriving anywhere.
