FR10 arm crate received, controller crate missing. Seventeen days querying confusing counts; can I trace the separate crate mark?
Why does delivered include the FR10 controller crate we cannot find?

Ask your contracted forwarder for the handovers naming that controller crate, including any local numbers assigned during consolidation. Keep the original delivery receipt and receiving account. One delivered status for the overall load can't establish that every separately marked crate reached you.

Forwarder found a breakdown sheet assigning a local reference. No physical location confirmed; our receipt still needs explanation.

Have their trace contact use both references and obtain the warehouse's actual receiving or handover evidence. A number on a breakdown sheet helps the search, but it isn't the missing controller arriving anywhere.
