On an inherited fixture we found the screenshots described a different nest. Ask for the complete installed program export with its revision and the fixture assumptions, not simply more pictures of the main routine.

And the ordinary PLC exchange needs its own description. We have just withheld a lesson until both sides demonstrated the agreed normal and interrupted behaviour. Buttons and screenshots were not enough.
21 pointsRequested both. The main routine calls inspect_bracket, which is absent from the supplied folder.
4 pointsName that missing dependency in the request, so the integrator knows another copy of the main routine will not close it.
7 pointsDoes the fixture shown in the screenshots match what is fitted? It may help to photograph the installed identifier now, while the integrator can explain any difference.
11 pointsFixture label matches drawing D. Screenshots have no readable identifier, so I can't assign them confidently.
17 pointsKeep them as unverified illustrations until the integrator matches them. The current label and drawing give you a starting point, but the handover should describe the actual installed arrangement and its required checks.
4 pointsCan the maintainer open the eventual export with their normal account? We had a wonderfully complete folder that only the visiting person's setup could use.
18 pointsMei, that check belongs in the handover session too, not just in an email saying the backup was delivered.
13 pointsCalled routine arrived. Integrator matched revision 4 to the installed job. Maintainer-account check still pending. Ordinary signal table incomplete.
8 pointsWhich part of the signal table is missing, Pavel? That may help you get a targeted answer before the integrator finishes their involvement.
16 pointsWho clears the inspection request and what acceptance means. Asked both program owners to agree those entries.
12 pointsKeep those meanings distinct from completion, and have the handover demonstrate an interruption as well as the neat exchange. We removed keep-pressing advice from our own lesson for a reason.
