Ask their technical contact to identify the applicable cable and cabinet documentation against those markings, quoting the guide revision and mismatched page. Do they acknowledge the difference, or have they only repeated the installation instruction?
A cable diagram with the wrong connector labels

Only repeated it. Our message includes the guide revision but not the page number. I'll add that and ask who is reviewing it technically.
20 pointsKeep the connectors as received while they answer; a similar-looking diagram is not enough to choose a connection.
19 pointsDoes the photo show both cable-end labels, Nina?
11 pointsAlso ask whether the guide belongs to the supplied cable assembly, not merely the robot model.
12 pointsLuca, yes, both ends and the cabinet label. Anna, the guide only names FR5 on the cover. I cannot link it to the cable assembly from anything inside.
6 pointsOur useful support answer started when somebody named the actual assembly, not the sales package.
12 pointsHas anyone compared the supplied cable reference with the order yet?
11 pointsAnika's question is useful. A document mismatch and a substituted cable would need different responses, though neither should be guessed from appearance.
15 pointsThe order gives a kit description, no cable reference. I've asked the seller whether the supplied marked cable is the intended assembly for our cabinet.
14 pointsThat missing detail belongs in the eventual handover too, so a future spare isn't chosen from the same vague kit name.
20 pointsWho is handling the delayed setup while this is open? A technical answer still needs somebody to review it locally.
12 pointsOur commissioning technician will review it. The seller has now assigned a technical contact, who says the supplied guide covers another cable arrangement. Correct document promised, not received.
17 pointsAt least they've acknowledged the mismatch now.
16 pointsCome back when the replacement guide arrives. Curious whether its labels actually match this time.
7 pointsPromised document isn't permission to connect it.
24 pointsThe replacement guide is here. The technical contact identifies our marked cable and cabinet together. I've passed both the confirmation and guide to our technician; no connections made yet.
14 pointsThe technician confirms the replacement guide applies. We have filed the supplied assembly references with it and marked the earlier guide inapplicable. Actual setup remains for the commissioning work.
17 pointsThank you for reporting the distinction. The documentation mismatch is settled; your technician can now proceed with the planned setup using an identified assembly and applicable instructions.
