A cable diagram with the wrong connector labels

Keep the connectors as received while they answer; a similar-looking diagram is not enough to choose a connection.

Luca, yes, both ends and the cabinet label. Anna, the guide only names FR5 on the cover. I cannot link it to the cable assembly from anything inside.

Our useful support answer started when somebody named the actual assembly, not the sales package.

Has anyone compared the supplied cable reference with the order yet?

Anika's question is useful. A document mismatch and a substituted cable would need different responses, though neither should be guessed from appearance.

The order gives a kit description, no cable reference. I've asked the seller whether the supplied marked cable is the intended assembly for our cabinet.

That missing detail belongs in the eventual handover too, so a future spare isn't chosen from the same vague kit name.

Who is handling the delayed setup while this is open? A technical answer still needs somebody to review it locally.

Our commissioning technician will review it. The seller has now assigned a technical contact, who says the supplied guide covers another cable arrangement. Correct document promised, not received.

At least they've acknowledged the mismatch now.
