the UR5e stop has three different names in our notes

Our imported UR5e spacer job pauses and the notes call it tray fault, grip fault and robot stopped; the Alibaba seller wants more detail than my video, and I think we've given one problem three names without actually identifying it.

Our fleet reports improved when we separated what the operator saw from what they thought caused it; can you match one of those notes to the station message and event time?

Yep, tray fault matches a screenshot saying waiting outlet available; grip fault has no timestamp, so I can't honestly attach it to the same occurrence.

Use the matched occurrence first and leave the other note unassigned; does the integrator explain what outlet available means in that sequence?

I've found their sequence note; outlet is the receiving nest, not the tray the operator had just changed.

That would explain why the tray photograph wasn't answering support's question.

Which confirmation tells the sequence that the receiving nest is available?

The note names receiving-nest clear; controls is checking its source because the screen only says outlet and nobody on shift uses that name.

Have the operator and support use receiving nest beside the existing message for now, so the next report points to the same place while controls investigates.

Added to the shift note, thanks Sarah; one labelled occurrence sent, with the other undated note kept separate rather than squeezed into the story.

Has controls found why the clear confirmation was missing?

Jamie, do you know that it was missing at the source yet? The message might tell you what the sequence wanted, but I'd want the capture before deciding where that information disappeared.
