Which connection guide matches the panel on our delivered FR10?

Our FR10 label matches the order, but the supplied connection guide shows a panel layout unlike ours. I have left it unpowered. Which identifiers should the seller's technical person reconcile?

Arm, controller and cable identifiers, plus guide revision and clear external-panel photos. No trial connections.

Sent those. The seller replied that FR10 is the correct model. I asked again about the panel and guide revision, since that answer leaves the actual connection question untouched.

Ask them to identify the supplied configuration, not repeat the model name.

They have forwarded the comparison to service. Our installer also has the photographs and has not agreed any connection work while the documents differ.

Keep the cable label readable in that comparison. We once concentrated on the panel picture and forgot the lead could belong to a different supplied arrangement. Or at least, that's what the technical person needed to rule out before selecting the guide.

And don't open it for better pictures. External identifiers should start the service review.

Theo, both cable-end labels are included. Service has acknowledged receipt but not identified the correct guide yet. The delivered assembly remains unpowered and unchanged.

Good. When the guide comes, have the installer check it against this exact assembly rather than treating a newer PDF as an answer just because it arrived from service.
